I describe myself as a crossover creative, with a strong print background from the days when “cut and paste” had a different meaning.

 

I knew early on that I’d need to be willing and able to change with the times. Because of that, I’ve always strived to keep up with the latest trends and techniques in an ever-changing industry.

USFI is a Dallas-based marketing and technology company. My creative successes range from telecom giants to credit unions to an iconic national organization by implementing strategic branding, advertising and digital marketing campaigns.

Customer Survey Technologies (CST), a boutique technology research firm operating in North America and Europe. Managed design

and print for clients including Hilton Hotels Corporation, Exxon, Brinker International, Elvis Presley Enterprises and the National Basketball Association (NBA).

Founded a small graphic design business where I learned the value of hard work by providing thoughtful design along with quality customer service. The company was purchased by my largest client, Customer Survey Technologies.

I worked with the strategic team and designed energized creative and messaging

for the program, plus fresh content and templates for their online collateral

web portal and a fun and interactive branded tool kit.

Resource One wants to migrate its members to a paperless statement environment

and hopes to achieve this in a voluntary method rather than start charging for paper

statements, resulting in angry members.
